This series is about intimacy — the quiet connection that arises when we come close to nature. In the smallest details, new stories begin to unfold: a tree becomes bark, bark becomes the soft growth of fungi. A tiny stone, embraced by light and shadow, holds a secret stillness. A twig rests upon the ice. Water seeps through sand and gravel, drawing a delicate line. A drifting cloud mirrors itself in the surface of a pond. The stories are endless, and each one speaks in many layers — of the outer world of nature, and of the inner landscape of my own life. I am deeply grateful to live within this flowing stream of images that my life has become — close to nature’s many faces, where every small encounter feels like a quiet revelation.
